You can delete your Heyloo account at any time. After deletion you will be signed out and will not be able to log in again with that account.
Delete in the Heyloo app
- Open the Heyloo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account settings (user or host mode).
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose a reason, confirm, and submit.
Can't use the app?
Email [email protected] from your registered email address. Include your phone number or username and write Delete my account in the subject. We will verify ownership and process the request.
What is deleted
- Your account is deactivated and you cannot sign in again.
- Your profile is removed from public listings and discovery.
- Push notification tokens and active sessions are cleared.
What we may keep
Some information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, and safety records (for example transaction history). See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Unused coins
Unused coin balances are generally forfeited when an account is deleted. Purchased coins are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

If you are a host managed by an agency, you may also contact your agency to request account removal. For help, email [email protected].
